  • “I go to therapy every week and do a lot of in-my-brain processing. The most helpful times for me to work with Claire aren't situation-specific — they're feeling-specific. When there's a belief I want to work on or a block I want to clear. Generally it's when I don't really know what the block is, but I know there's a block around something.

    I reach out to Claire because I need foundational support in a way that is beyond what my therapist or nutritionist can help me with. Claire offers this beautiful level of understanding and depth that other people are not able to attain. I feel really safe coming to her with generic or bland things, because I know that ultimately, whatever comes up is what's meant to occur.

    The big thing that's coming up right now is acceptance. It came up so subtly with Claire in our last session, and now weeks later, it's been brought to life through therapy. I'm like, "Oh shit, Claire predicted this — let's dig deeper now."

    I love therapy, but I don't necessarily like talking about things over and over again. Claire is a detour around that — a different route where I don't have to take all the trails and ups and downs. She can really just bop it out.

    Sometimes I can feel there's a block and I don't know what it is. I come to her for help getting through roadblocks — cutting cords, clearing entities, anything that's getting in the way of me functioning optimally.

    I might take an idea from therapy — "Okay, we're going to work on your self-acceptance, maybe we'll do EMDR or mirror work or affirmations" — but ultimately, if I don't believe it's possible, it's not going to happen. Claire makes things possible. She's the catalyst for the big shift. My brain might believe it, but my heart doesn't, or vice versa. The work I do with Claire really helps execute the goal of mastering a belief and programming it in a new way so that it's seeped into my being.

    I see Claire as a companion through the hardship, the gritty stuff, and the really challenging aspects. I feel safe with her. She reflects the truest version of me back at me, and I believe her. I believe I can be the person — or that I am the person — that she shows me.

  • The two sessions I’ve had with Claire have been incredibly insightful!
