This work doesn’t feel like something I do, it is something I have surrendered to the Divine to partner in.

After working with my first Sound Reiki® healer in 2012 and my first Theta Healing Technique® practitioner in 2016, my life shifted into an abundant curiosity about where this path could lead me. Over the next few years, I studied, trained, and practiced inside this mystery. With these tools, I was able to explore my creativity, improvise, pay attention, and reflect back the narratives and stories illuminated by the Divine through my imagination.

I started unofficially offering sessions years ago but stepped into it more fully in 2020. It’s work that offers both you and me the sacred opportunity to understand ourselves as multidimensional beings, to know we are not alone in our experiences, and feel the unconditional love we are in this incredible, time-sensitive earthly expression.

You can be anywhere, anytime, to experience transformation. These sessions are a simple and active co-creation grounded in connection. With your consent, I witness and reflect back what I am shown, and using metaphysical and storytelling tools, we can watch internal shifts happen. In this state of surrender, you’ll have the opportunity to awaken to what you’ve always had:
